Warranty Conditions
Glass purchased and installed at Jensen Glass will be free from defects for a period of 30 days on parts and lifetime on the seal &
workmanship. defects caused by improper use will not be covered ie.

Alteration, Intentional Acts, Road Hazards, and the use of the glass for competition and or off road use.


Warranty does not apply to improper or incomplete installations due to rust covering crucial bonding areas and the customer does
not approve rust repair, does not repair deterioration of the body and or known paint adhesion issues from the manufacturer.
Jensen Glass warranty is non-transferable and is only applied to the current owner of the vehicle at the time of replacement once
the vehicle is sold or changes ownership the warranty is null and void.


Procedure for Warranty

Visit the Jensen Glass location that completed the repair, and or replacement with a copy of your original receipt obtained when the
work was completed. [We may be able to recover original invoices through our network]

Jensen Glass will replace the defective part at no cost and continue to guarantee the part and workmanship for the remainder of its
warranty period.

information is only used for the purposes of completing your insurance claim and determining your related coverage.

Repair Waiver

During a windshield repair there is a small chance that the repair could fail. Jensen Glass ensures all repairs will be completed using
the best training and tools to complete the work. In the instance a repair fails to visit the Jensen Glass location that completed the
repair to receive a credit of the repair towards the replacement of a new windshield this only applies to the owner of the vehicle
when the repair was completed and is void under a transfer of ownership.

Jensen Auto Glass is not responsible for the replacement of a new windshield due to further breakage of the glass during the
repair process.
